Disclaimer: Not Child Directed
The Piedmont Group are not intended for use by children. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use The Piedmont Group only with the consent of or under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
Consistent with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we learn that we have received any information directly from a child under age 13 without first receiving his or her parent's or legal guardian's verified consent, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his or her parent or legal guardian) to inform the child that he or she cannot use The Piedmont Group and subsequently we will delete that information.
U.S./EU/Swiss Data Privacy Framework Certification
We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. We have certified that we adhere to the DPF Principles of notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability.
Any personal information collected about EU visitors through The Piedmont Group is processed in the United States by us or by a party acting on our behalf. When you provide personal information to us through The Piedmont Group, you consent to the processing of your data in the United States. The Piedmont Group are hosted in the United States.
